About Frugal Chic

Frugal Chic Interior Design was founded by Elizabeth Falconer.

Ms. Falconer holds a Diploma in Business Management (Dean's List) and a Diploma in Fine Arts. She is a distance education student at Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, completing a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She has also studied at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Her career has encompassed all facets of the design world - graphic design, clothing design, interior design, photography and painting.  She has also served as an art educator, etiquette consultant and journalist.
