I heard about Frugal Chic from a newspaper article and called when I wanted to make some decorating changes to my home.   Elizabeth was wonderful and we had a lot of fun going through my home while she gave me decorating advice on paint colours, flooring and more.  When I moved to my next home, I called Elizabeth for decorating advice again.  I know not to waste time or money guessing what will look good when I can call Elizabeth and get the best advice.

Thank-you so much for helping us choose our colour scheme in our new home.  The wallpaper and paint circa 1987 just had to go!  Your analysis of my husband's and my favourite rooms in the home, taking our personalities and everything else into consideration when helping us choose colours, was professional and very helpful.  We are so relaxed in our newly painted home.  The colours flow well together, they are reflective of our personal tastes and we receive many compliments.

Elizabeth, your name was given to us by a furniture store (Country Woods) in South Surrey.   We had moved from a large house on the water on Galiano Island to a townhouse on a golf course in South Surrey.  We had lots of large furniture and paintings and, needless to say, were confused as to what we should keep and what we needed to obtain to fit our new lifestyle.  You arrived and set our mind at ease by placing items in the right order and getting us settled.  You identified what we should keep and what we did not need.  You then set out to lead us to the right places to obtain some new furniture and accessories.  The last of the kitchen appliances are on order and should be
installed shortly and you will be called when finished to see the fantastic results.

Elizabeth, we both thank you for your assistance and will not hesitate to call you if and when we plan to change colours in our new home.  We would not hesitate to recommend you to others looking for great home decorating ideas.

We just finished getting our place painted and absolutely love the colours.  The 'Cork' in the main area makes it feel warm and cozy, while the 'Greenfield Pumpkin' in the kitchen makes it pop and adds a touch of creativity on the upstairs feature wall.  The 'Richmond Gold' in the bathroom makes it very modern, yet cozy too....great for a nice relaxing bath
with a couple of candles.  All in all, we love the colours you picked for us.  Thanks again for the great job.

We learned about Frugal Chic through a newspaper article we had read. We were having trouble deciding on how to decorate our kitchen and family room, so we decided to give Elizabeth a call. We are so happy that we did! Elizabeth helped us achieve exactly what we wanted for our room. The design she came up with was fantastic and very much to our taste, but also with some wonderful ideas that we would never have thought of on our own. Elizabeth's design showed us she listened to what style and taste was like when we filled out the questionnaire with her at the first meeting. We found Elizabeth excellent to work with on a personal level as well. Our room is complete and the change is awesome. We love it (even our three year old thinks it's beautiful)!!! We can’t wait for her to help with the rest of the house. We would not have a problem at all recommending Frugal Chic to anyone. In fact, we have already recommended Frugal Chic to a couple friends with design dilemmas.
